Service 03 · Application & Scholarship Support

Applications that sound like you, and funding plans that add up

Admissions panels read hundreds of statements that all say the same thing. We help you write one that is specific, honest and memorable, then prepare you for the interview and build a scholarship plan around real deadlines.
01
Your application file

Every document, checked twice

Requirements differ between institutions, so we build a checklist for each program on your shortlist and track every item to submission.

01

Statement of purpose

Your reasons for choosing automobile engineering, the experiences that shaped them and your plans after graduation.

02

Academic CV

Education, projects, workshops, competitions and technical skills, written for an engineering reader.

03

Recommendation letters

We help you choose referees and prepare a brief so their letters mention concrete strengths.

04

Transcripts and certificates

Certified copies, translations where needed and grade conversions checked against each program’s format.

05

Portfolio or project evidence

Photos, drawings, CAD files or reports from projects such as kart builds, robotics or engine teardowns.

06

Test score reports

Entrance and language test results sent on time and in the format each institution requests.
02
Writing your statement

How we build a statement of purpose with you

Step 1

Interview

We start with a long conversation about your experiences with machines, projects and problems you enjoyed solving.

Step 2

Outline

We choose two or three stories that show curiosity and persistence, then map them to the program’s strengths.

Step 3

Draft

You write the first draft in your own words. We never write it for you, because panels can tell.

Step 4

Refine

Line-by-line feedback on clarity, structure and tone across three to four rounds until it reads naturally.

03
Interview preparation

Walk in prepared, walk out confident

We run at least two recorded mock interviews, one general and one technical, then review the recordings with you so you can see exactly what to improve.

Questions we rehearse

We help you give a specific answer based on your own experiences, such as a project, a repair you watched closely or a fascination with how electric drivetrains work.

You will learn to structure the answer clearly: the situation, what you tried, what failed, what worked and what you learned.

We brief you on electrification, software-defined vehicles, safety systems and sustainable manufacturing so your answer is informed and balanced.

We prepare honest answers that show self-awareness and the study habits you have built during exam preparation.

A thoughtful question about labs, project teams or industry placements shows real interest. We help you prepare two or three.

04
Scholarships & funding

A funding plan built alongside your applications

Scholarship deadlines often fall earlier than admission deadlines. We map them at the start, so funding is never an afterthought.

Merit-based awards

Awarded for academic results, test scores or achievements in projects and competitions. We identify where your profile is competitive.

Need-based support

Grants and fee waivers that consider family circumstances. We help you prepare clear, honest documentation.

Program-specific funding

Awards linked to engineering departments, research groups or industry partners, often less crowded than general scholarships.

What you receive: a scholarship shortlist with eligibility notes, a deadline calendar, essay coaching for each application and a simple budget sheet showing tuition, living costs and funding gaps.
05
Timing

A sensible application calendar

Counted back from your intended intake. If you are starting later, we compress the calendar and prioritise what matters most.
